Terms and disclaimers

These terms apply when you use Dripboard. By using the site, connecting a wallet, paying, or listing a product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What Dripboard is

Dripboard is an independent dashboard for Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain. Its tools are free. It also offers swaps through the KyberSwap aggregator for a small fee, and a shop where Dripboard and independent sellers offer digital products. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, or Paxos.

Dripboard never holds your funds or keys. Payments go from your wallet directly to the recipient on-chain. We only read public blockchain data and the issuer's public price data.

Not advice

Nothing on Dripboard, including insights, reports and products sold in the shop, is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Prices and data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do your own research and check figures before acting on them.

Stock Tokens and where they are available

Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that give economic exposure to US shares and ETFs without shareholder rights. They are not offered or sold to US persons, and offers and sales are restricted in other jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. Dripboard does not sell Stock Tokens. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Swaps

Swaps are sent from your wallet straight to the KyberSwap router. Dripboard never holds your funds.
Dripboard's fee is a percentage of the amount you swap, shown in the quote before you sign.
Quotes are estimates. Your slippage limit decides how much worse a swap may fill before it cancels.
On-chain transactions can't be reversed by us.

Shop purchases

Products are paid in USDG on Robinhood Chain from the wallet you are signed in with.
On-chain payments can't be reversed by us. If you sent the wrong amount, contact us with the transaction hash and we will try to help, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Seller terms

The shop is for digital products made for Stock Token holders. Every listing must fit one of these categories:

Research & analysis: Your own written analysis of Stock Tokens, the underlying companies or ETFs, or Robinhood Chain markets.
Spreadsheets & templates: Trackers, models and templates people fill in themselves.
Data sets: Data you collected or computed, delivered as a file, with its source and date stated.
Guides & courses: Educational material that teaches how something works.
Tools & code: Software you wrote that runs on the buyer's own machine or wallet, with source code included.

These are not allowed, whatever the category:

Trading signals, "calls" or paid groups that promise profits or tell people what to buy
Tokens, NFTs, presales, airdrops, whitelist spots or anything that is itself an investment
Accounts, referral codes, invites to other platforms, or reselling someone else's product
Bots or code that ask for a private key or seed phrase, or that you don't provide the source for
Content unrelated to Stock Tokens, investing education or Robinhood Chain
Copied, AI-generated filler or placeholder content sold as original work
Anything illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive or that contains other people's personal data

If you list a product in the shop, you also agree that:

You own the product or have the right to sell it, and it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
It is not investment advice presented as personal recommendations, a securities offering, a token sale, a “signal” service promising returns, or anything that needs a licence you don't hold.
It contains no malware, stolen data, personal data of others, illegal or adult content, or anything deceptive.
You describe the product accurately, and you deliver what you describe.
Buyers pay you directly. The platform fee shown at checkout is paid to Dripboard in the same checkout. You are responsible for any taxes on your sales.
Moderators may hide or remove any listing at any time. Buyers keep access to products they already bought unless the product breaks these terms.

Buyer terms

Products are made by independent sellers, not by Dripboard. Review the description before buying.
Files are always downloaded, never opened on this site. Scan files before opening them.
Sales are final. Report a product that is broken or misleading and we will review it.

Alerts

Push alerts are a convenience and can be late, missed or wrong; never rely on one to trade.

Dripboard Points

You earn 1 point for each $1 of a swap made through Dripboard and confirmed on Robinhood Chain. A referrer earns 10% of the swap points of wallets they referred.
Points can be redeemed for USDG at 1,000 points per 1 USDG. Each redemption is at least 1,000 and at most 100,000 points (100 USDG); you can redeem again as long as you have points.
USDG is sent only to the wallet that earned the points, on Robinhood Chain. Payouts are usually made within minutes but are subject to a daily limit, so some may be paid the next day. Payouts that fail are cancelled and the points returned.
Points can't be sold or transferred and are not a token, a security, an investment or a deposit. They are a reward for using Dripboard.
We may remove points, and cancel or reverse redemptions, earned through wash trading, self-referral, exploiting a bug or any other abuse.
We may change the redemption rate, limits or these rules, or end the program, with notice on the Points page. Points redeemed before a change stay paid.
You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

Your data

We store the wallet address you sign in with, records of payments you make (transaction hashes and amounts, which are public on-chain anyway), and what you list in the shop. Watchlists, tracked wallets and alerts stay in your browser. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Page visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. We don't sell personal data.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site, relying on its data, network or wallet failures, or products bought from sellers.
